1. Swithed off your set and wait for few seconds.
2. Now press hold volume Up + Home + Power Button for few second.For Qmobile use volume Up and down together + power Button.
3. After vibration remove press power button. It will go to dos mode.
4. Now use volume keys to select specific option.
5. Now select wipe data/ factory rest option and press power button.
6. Now press down volume button to select delete all user data and press power button.
7. It will ask for reboot press power button.
8. After few simple steps of language and other settings your android phone will be factory reset completly and pattern lock will be removed.
